10/30/2023 0 Comments Is celestial theme in word 2016![]() My 7 yo, Brynn, would play through the Moon Rabbit in a Shepherd Arc, which greatly reminded me of the Little Prince story, but is basically a tale of "saving" the Moon with a magic potion. I decided that Claire, my 10 yo, would play through A Sunlit Fountain, which is a story about finding light of the former sun in a mystic fountain. It had character creation and a story arc I needed in a pretty complete, compact package. It finally all came together when the Legendary 139 came out. I feel that roleplaying system more than any other is the type that fits their vision of roleplaying. Anyway, ever since I grok'd Chuubo's I have been wanting to run it for my girls. They have also played some games with a 10-yo boy down the block who I think understands how to roleplay in the DnD way much more. We have played A Quiet Year more unconventionally. ![]() We have played Faery's Tale in a conventional "what do you do?" setting. The joys of parenthood!Īnyway, we have tried roleplaying more conventionally and unconventionally. " I keep telling them just to laugh, or just to do the action. "Pretend I am laughing." "Pretend you don't see me." "Pretend you tell me. It's funny how when they play with friends the most used word of all time is "pretend", which preludes every sentence. My two daughters are still relatively young for roleplaying (10 and 7), but they roleplay all the time.
